Allyson's petition challenge keeps rival occupied Feb 22nd 2012, 07:05 THE FIRST Occupy movement activist to run for Congress is getting his introduction to bare-knuckles Philly-style politics. U.S. Rep. Allyson Y. Schwartz, the four-term Democrat representing parts of Philadelphia and Montgomery County, is going to court in an effort to get her upstart primary challenger, Nathan Kleinman, thrown off the April 24 ballot.
