A fire tore through a unit at the Camac Street apartments early this morning in Philadelphia’s Logan section, displacing 10 people. The blaze began about 5:30 a.m. on the 5000 block of N. Camac and Lindley Streets. Heavy smoke showed from Unit C on the second floor of the three story building.
