SRC to tackle next budget, district overhaul May 1st 2012, 02:15 THE SCHOOLReform Commission will hold a public hearing at 5:30 p.m. Tuesday on next year’s proposed budget and plans to overhaul the district. Viewers can watch the proceedings, which will be held in the auditorium at district headquarters on Broad Street near Spring Garden, at www.philasd.org/stream/ and on Comcast Channel 52 and Verizon Fios Channel 20.
