Drug dealer arrested in SW Philadelphia slaying Jun 7th 2012, 13:25 A 21-year-old convicted drug dealer has been arrested in the April shooting death of a 20-year-old man in Southwest Philadelphia, police said.Kenneth Williams, of the 6100 block of Yokum Street, Southwest Philadelphia, was ordered jailed without bail at his arraignment early Thursday on murder and related charges. Police said Williams shot and killed Vondell Reavis near his home on the 5900 block of Greenway Avenue about 11:50 a.m. on April 14.
