Jed Kolko, chief economist for real-estate search engine Trulia, argues that the most recent jobs report also had some good news for the housing sector. First, he points out that the unemployment for 25- to 34-year-olds has dropped to its lowest level in three years — though at 8.7 percent, it's still above the national adult average of 8.3 percent. That should help younger prospective homeowners get back into the market.
