A former assistant district attorney in Philadelphia was found dead on Delaware Avenue Monday morning after police said he jumped from a walkway on the Ben Franklin Bridge. Sources confirmed the attorney was Jamie Egan, who worked in the D.A.’s office from 2000 to 2006 and later went into private practice. Egan, a Massachusetts native and Villanova Law graduate, also worked on the steering committee for Brian Grady, when the former deputy D.A. lost a primary campaign against D.A. Seth Williams in 2009.
