Found: Missing mentally challenged man Jun 4th 2012, 15:44 A mentally challenged Philadelphia man diagnosed with schizophrenia has been found unharmed, according to police.This morning, a news release asked for the public’s in locating Richard "Ricky" Warren, 56, who was last seen on April 17, when he was left at a boarding home in the 4800 block of North 13th Street in the city’s Logan section. Also being sought was Sandra Choates, the woman who was looking after him.
